The company X-Automation S.r.l. has been designated as Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as it is entrusted with the management of the support service.

The users’ personal data are processed with appropriate security measures in place; such measures are intended to prevent unauthorized disclosure, modification, or other misuse. In addition to the Data Controller, other authorized individuals may have access to the personal data, as well as any third parties duly designated by the Controller.
Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to provide data. The provision of data for the stated purposes is mandatory. In the absence of such data, we will not be able to provide the related services.
All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, relevance, and proportionality, using only methods—also electronic and telematic—strictly necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
In any case, personal data will be retained for no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the stated purposes. Therefore:
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted or anonymised. Therefore, once that period has expired, the rights of access, erasure, rectification, and data portability may no longer be exercised.
Without the need for your express consent (Art. 6 GDPR), the Data Controller may disclose your data, for the purposes stated, to Supervisory Authorities and/or Judicial Authorities, as well as to any other parties to whom communication is mandatory under the law for the fulfilment of said purposes. Your data are not subject to transfer outside the European Union. It is understood, however, that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, may transfer the data within the European Union and/or to non-EU countries.
In such cases, the Data Controller hereby ensures that any transfer of data to non-EU countries will be carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions, by entering into agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission.
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, you, as the data subject, have the right to request from the Data Controller:
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the data subject who considers that the processing of their personal data infringes the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement, pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation (in Italy, the supervisory authority is the Data Protection Authority – Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

To exercise their rights, Users may submit a request to the contact details of the Data Controller provided in this document. Requests are submitted free of charge and will be handled by the Data Controller as promptly as possible, and in any case within one month.
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by informing Users on this page and, where technically and legally feasible, by notifying Users via one of the contact details held by the Controller.
